Have you been looking for a fun, centrally located place to exercise? If so, you're going to love the Orangetheory facility in Danvers, Massachusetts. Our gym facility is located in the heart of the shopping district, and we offer workouts designed to build your strength and endurance.

Our Orangetheory classes are the perfect choice for anyone looking to really up their level of fitness. During our 60-minute classes, you'll rotate through different stations that include treadmills, weight training, and rowing machines. Because we know that cardiovascular training is an important aspect of your workout plan, we'll use heart monitors to ensure that your heart rate stays within your personal target zone. Before your first workout, a trainer will discuss your fitness goals, physical limitations, and concerns.

Unlike other gym facilities, we won't leave you to figure things out for yourself. Our professional and high-energy trainers will support you through every step of the class. In addition to providing encouragement and support, we can also play helpful videos designed to enhance your workout.

At Orangetheory, we strive to make everyone feel comfortable. It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned athlete, a complete beginner, or somewhere in between. Our goal is to spread the joy of fitness one person at a time, and that's why we encourage everyone to come in and give us a try.

Because your personal fitness is so important to us, we offer a nice variety of incentives to encourage you to stop by and check us out. Your first session is on us, so come into our studio location in Danvers, Massachusetts, to find out how to book your free workout session. If you decide you like Orangetheory, we have payment plans ranging from pay-as-you-go to monthly gym memberships. With all of our perks and incentives, you have nothing to lose but those extra few pounds.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
